Sebastian AS is an independent consultancy company, established in 1994. Our offices were in Tjørvåg until 1998, when we moved to Leikong. Since 2005, we have been situated in Ulsteinvik and in 2010 we purchased our own premises. After a period of redecoration, we have moved into the new offices which we now consider to be “fit for purpose”.
During the first few years the main focus was on providing engineering services for offshore service vessels to the shipyards and ship design companies nearby. However, before long both our business areas and the geographical operations had expanded widely.
